I don't know what else to title this.
I am about 2 hours away from starting a strong detox fast with no sugar or juice. After 7 days of drinking nothing but water mixed with Acacia powder I will start a harsh vegetarian diet. Sad thing is this is right after I got my snacks and things in the mail.
I don't think I will really be able to start the total Candida diet on the 19th. I think I'll just let this be a dry run.
